Law360 (October 25) -- Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP announced on Thursday the hiring of a former principal and shareholder at Polsinelli as a counsel in its San Francisco office.
Kristian J.F. Bornemann joins Kilpatrick's real estate finance and capital markets team after about two years at Polsinelli, where he was a lead counsel for both lenders and servicers. The firm's real estate and capital markets practice represents servicers, investors and sellers, and regularly advises investment banks, agencies and national banking associations.
